1,319 miles is my yearly total so far. Although I had 2 months
unemployment during the wintry months of February & March. This lead
to not as many miles riding as I should/wanted to have ridden. Mostly I
felt like posting this because I bought a scale today. A cheap 6
dollar scale, not sure if it is a 100% accurate. I tipped in at 207
lbs. That's 3 lbs lighter than last year about this time, and also the
last time I stepped on a scale. I feel like I am in much better shape.
With the weather warming in to the summer digits here in st louis. I
guess I want to try to keep track of how I am affect by the heat and
biking through it. So it could be considered narcissistic to post my
weight, however I have not been under 200 lbs. since I guess 2003. So
maybe its more of a humiliation and pressure to shed more beefiness from
myself.
