Made a trip out to castlewood state park. Hiked the river scene trail.
Today was a beautiful day temps is the mid 50's sunny & not a cloud in
the sky.

I had a short day at work. Since I was dropped off & this afternoon
turned out extra nice. I walked home. It was nice and sunny out.
Fairly typical urban hiking. A house fire over by kingshighway &
arsenal. Then some frolicking in the snow in tower grove park. Now I'm
washing all that excitment down with a cup of tea.

Sweet...new cranks not broken in yet. Picked my bike up saturday.
Work, snow & possibly the onset of a cold, have kept me from spinning
them. Makes me possibly want a trainer, nah. Instead I'll just ride
the c'dale or k2 T.C.B. while the weathers foul.

Went for a ride along the riverfront trail after work. Was an amazing
day, well this afternoon. There was the shithead on my ride to work
this morning that tried to run me down twice. However temps in the upper
50's make me smile as I'm spinning my feet in circles & circles &
circles & circles & circles...

History just went down. Brought to me be my local pbs station. It
would have been amazing to have been in DC. However I'll take the day
off just as excitedly.

Sweet shit...getting new cranks on the fuji. Gotta what till the bottom
bracket comes in like friday. Once the guys at mesa throw everything
together I'll be rocking and rolling...yeah boi...

Single digits, wicked wind chill was a great day for biking. Cars were
a little nicer today. Possibly they felt bad for me on a being on a
bike. Nah they were probably just procrastanating cause they did not
want to get out of their warm cars. Also a lot of dumb fucker were
wearing just hoodie or light fleece jakets. Hope those dipshits run out
of gas. But that's just coming from someone who grew up spending months
in this temperture range plus lots of snow.

ps there's a stack of winter gear waiting for use in the morning

Yumm...coffee & yogurt with fresh strawberries blent in...a tasty start
to another day off...

St louis zoo...
...penguins...sleeping puffin...sea lions...amur leopard...
Most of the animals were inside since it was about 40°f outside.
However it was sunny which made for a nice day.
